Parsley
Fresh Parsley recipes are common in European, American, and Middle Eastern cuisine. In cooking parsley is used for its leaf in much the same way as coriander. In Europe and in West Asia, many dishes are served with fresh green chopped parsley. The fresh flavor of the green parsley goes especially well with potato dishes, with fish, fried chicken, lamb or goose, with rice dishes, steaks, meat or vegetable stews. Parsley benefits: high content of calcium, potassium and magnesium, richness in vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K.
