Pasta Carbonara recipe

Pasta Carbonara recipePasta Carbonara recipe
Pasta dishes are generally served with some type of sauce. Northern Italian sauces include pesto and ragù alla bolognese. For Central Italy simple sauces are typical, such as tomato sauce, amatriciana and carbonara. Common pasta sauces in Southern Italy include spicy tomato, garlic, and olive oil, with the pasta often paired with fresh vegetables or seafood. Pasta recipes were introduced into a number of local cuisines, which often have different ways of preparation. Pasta Carbonara is made with garlic cloves minced, spaghetti cooked, low-fat milk, grated parmesan cheese, turkey bacon chopped, egg substitute, minced fresh parsley, and freshly ground pepper.
